The Moon Card Details:
- The Moon is a symbol of intuition, dreams, and the unconscious.
- The lobster/crayfish represents the zodiac sign of Cancer which is 1 of the 3 zodiac signs that is influenced by the moon (Cancer, Aquarius, and Gemini). It's also associated with the idea of protection, tenaciousness, and regeneration. The Moon Card is not complete without a lobster/crayfish.
- The black and white wolves represent yin and yang energy. Wolf symbolism and meaning include loyalty, family and friendship, teamwork, protection, wildness, freedom, instincts, playfulness, and other noble traits.
- The flowers at the bottom of the card are moon flowers.
- The green moths on the card are Luna moths. Luna means moon in Spanish and Italian. These moths are intended to beautifully contrast the butterflies found on the Sun card.
- The custom artwork was designed exclusively for Kenna's Collection.

When will I receive my order?
It takes 2-5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:
- Canada: 5-20 business days
- United States: 2-10 business days
- International: 5-20 business days
Please note that stickers may take longer to arrive than other merchandise.
Where will my order ship from?
All stickers are processed and shipped from Toronto, Ontario. All other merchandise is shipped by an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide. FOR THIS REASON, YOUR ORDER MAY ARRIVE IN MORE THAN 1 PACKAGE AS THE ORDER IS FULFILLED FROM MULTIPLE LOCATIONS.
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at kennasmerchshop@gmail.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
