Refund Policy

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted; on items or gift cards. All sales are final; including no cancellation orders (with the exception of packages being shipped to the European Union). 

Please be sure you check out with the items needed/wanted as anything 'accidentally' ordered will not receive a bank refund. 

If a wrong address was given at checkout, please email us to correct it before the package is marked as shipped. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to Kenna's Collection as a 'Return to Sender' package from the post office. If this occurs no kind of refund will be made; no exceptions. Please ensure the address you use at checkout is correct.

Some packages may also be signed for when they arrive to prevent loss and theft. If you are not home to sign for the package, a mail slip will be left at your door or mailbox to pick up and sign for the package at your local post office (the address will be on the slip). 

Lost or stolen packages will also not be refunded due to the fact that once the package leaves Kenna's Collection, we no longer have responsibility or control over that package. Most packages are sent with tracked shipping to prevent these issues.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
